The Hospital in the Rock Nuclear Bunker Museum is located under neath the Buda Castle. First opened during the Second World War, it was used as an emergency hospital during the 1956 revolution, then it was converted into a nuclear bunker during the Cold War. It opened as a museum in 2008, and is open to the public to visit in the form of guided tours.
